Inclement Weather

  • In bad weather, remote lessons will be offered first.

  • If remote lessons aren’t possible (e.g., power outages), the lesson will be canceled and tracked.

  • After the 3rd weather cancellation, makeups will be offered.

  • Management will keep a record of all weather-related cancellations.

Substitutes

  • All instructors are active musicians—there may be times when your child has a substitute teacher.

  • Substitutes are trained School of Rock employees, background checked, and qualified to teach the assigned instrument.

  • When possible, you'll be notified in advance. If it's a last-minute change, your child will be informed at the lesson.

  • Parents may request to sit in on private lessons and Rookies classes.

  • For questions or concerns about rehearsals, please speak with the Show Director, Regional Music Director, or General Manager—they’re happy to help.
