Cancellation Policies
Lessons:
Lessons canceled with 24 hour notice will be issued a make-up pass. Contact the front desk within 45 days of the missed lesson to reschedule or schedule online. Make-up passes that are not used within 45 days are forfeited. Due to scheduling constraints, School of Rock cannot guarantee that the make-up lesson will be scheduled with your regular instructor. Students can also have their make-up lesson on a different instrument.
Cancellation of your enrollment:
If you are freezing or canceling your membership, we need notification in writing at least 30 days prior the 1st of the following month to avoid an additional tuition payment. (For example, if you cancel your membership on October 10, you will be billed for November as your final bill. If you cancel before October 1, you will not be charged for November but will be billed for October). Your membership will remain active until the end of the last month for which you have paid.

We do not prorate the last month’s tuition, and students/parents are responsible for their last month’s tuition whether or not they attend lessons. In the case of a medical emergency, the student (over 18) or the student’s guardian must notify the GM in writing as soon as possible. If the student has been physically injured and is unable to attend their lessons, the required 30 days cancellation notice will be waived.
